During Office Hours – In case of urgent questions or concerns-  Our receptionists will take your information down and then pull your chart.  The provider will return your call as soon as they are available.

After office hours and on holidaysYou may reach the on call doctor through our answering service.  Call our office 631-331-7267 and press”0” to be transferred to our service.  They will take your message and contact the doctor on call at that time.
